We only deliver FREE OF CHARGE to the UK mainland but can ship to other parts of the U.K. at a cost. To find out this cost please call us on 01235 862540 when you have decided on the shower or product you which to buy.
When you have placed your order we will call you (providing you have given us a telephone number of course!) and try and arrange a convenient delivery date for you.
The units are packed in separate large cardboard boxes and the couriers are not supposed to bring them into your premises so will effectively make a “kerbside” delivery. It’s up to you to transfer the unit parts inside your house. So make sure you’ve had your Weetabix for breakfast !!!
We deliver free to the UK mainland and although we can delivery elsewhere you should call us first to find out the additional transport cost.
Our delivery company will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt and although we recommend you sign for your own goods, the receipient signature can be anyone you specify.It is however your responsibility to check for any shortages, damages or manufacturing faults within 48 hours after delivery. Please do not leave this for your assembler or plumber to carry this out (except if Insignia Approved assembly company used) and report any problems directly to Splendids customer service who will be pleased to help and will react quickly to resolve any issues. DON’T START JUST YET
If you think you have a problem, make a complaint first as you cannot return a product once you have started assembling it. We will normally allow you more time to check items so don’t rush. Once you are happy THEN you can start assembling.
